2. COMPETITION OVERVIEW

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions featured on our official website: www.goldvaultgiveaways.com (the “Site”).
2.2 All competitions operated by the Promoter are based on skill and include a Challenge Question or task.
2.3 Each entry requires the payment of an entry fee unless a valid free entry is submitted via post in accordance with Section 3.10.
2.4 Entrants must correctly complete the Challenge Question to be eligible to win.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 Competitions open and close on the dates listed on the Site. All times are based on the Irish time zone.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Opening and Closing Dates, with changes reflected on the Site.
3.3 Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered and will not be refunded.
3.4 Entry limits (if any) are specified per competition. Once the limit is reached, no further entries will be accepted.
3.5 Entry Methods:

• Postal Entry: Submit a handwritten entry by first- or second-class post to the address listed on the Site.

• Online Entry: Complete and submit the form on the Site.

• Paid Entry: Purchase entries as required.

• Bulk or automated entries are not permitted and may be disqualified.

3.6 Entries must be submitted in English.
3.7 Participants will receive confirmation of their entry and whether their Challenge Question answer is correct.
3.8 The Promoter is not liable for incomplete, delayed, lost, or corrupted entries due to technical or external issues.
3.9 By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

3.10 Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without paying the entry fee:
(a) Write the following on a handwritten entry:

• Full Name

• Postal Address

• Contact Number and Email

• Competition Title

• Answer to the Challenge Question

• Date of Birth
  (b) Mail to the Promoter’s address listed on the Site.
  (c) Free entries must be submitted separately—bulk submissions will be disqualified.
  (d) You must have a registered account on the Site to use the free entry route.
  (e) The Promoter does not confirm receipt or verify correctness of free entries.
  (f) If the cost of entry is lower than the price of a second-class stamp, multiple entries equivalent to that value are permitted.

4. WINNER SELECTION

4.1 All correct entries are entered into a random draw held no later than 7 days after the Closing Date (“Draw Date”).

5. ELIGIBILITY

5.1 Open to legal residents of Ireland and the UK, aged 18 or older.
Exclusions:
(a) Employees of the Promoter
(b) Employees or affiliates involved in the administration of the competition
(c) Immediate family members or household residents of the above

5.2 Proof of eligibility may be requested. Failure to provide may result in disqualification.
5.3 Entries will not be accepted if:

• Generated automatically (bots or scripts)

• Incomplete or unclear
  5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants whose behaviour is dishonest or undermines the integrity of the competition.
  5.5 No refunds will be issued if:
  (a) You are disqualified;
  (b) You later find out you were ineligible;
  (c) Eligibility criteria change after entry.
  5.6 Multiple entries are permitted, but each must be submitted individually.
  5.7 Cheating, hacking, or any attempt to manipulate the competition will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

6. THE PRIZE

6.1 The prize is as described on the Site for each competition (“Prize”).
6.2 The Promoter may substitute the Prize for one of equal or higher value if necessary.
6.3 The Site’s prize descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the Opening Date but may be subject to change.

6.5 No cash alternatives are offered, unless explicitly stated.

7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided. If unreachable within 14 days, another winner may be selected.
7.3 The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county unless you opt out before the Closing Date.

8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

8.1 Prizes must be claimed by the winner personally. Prizes will not be delivered to third parties.
8.2 If your contact details change, you must inform the Promoter immediately.
8.3 For cash prizes, payment will be made via bank transfer. Bank details must be provided within 14 days of notification.
8.4 If the winner is unable to claim or receive the Prize, no alternative will be offered.

9. LIABILITY

Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, the Promoter, its agents, and affiliates will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the Prize. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY

10.1 Your personal information will be processed according to Irish data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
10.2 Winners may be featured in promotional material. If you do not wish to participate in publicity, notify us before the Closing Date.

11. GENERAL TERMS

11.2 Breaching these terms may result in disqualification from current and future competitions.

11.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
